You are responsible for all of the images you upload to ExpressionPrints.com. ExpressionPrints.com is committed to providing you with a safe and private environment in which you can upload photo. Your photo is visible only to you, our employees, and outsourced printing facilities. ExpressionPrints.com does not share your photos with anyone or provide information about your photos, unless required to do so to satisfy any law, regulation, governmental request, or judicial order. You must have the legal right to copy and display each image that you upload and have printed. Professional images that are provided to you by professional photographers or made available through websites, magazines, books or other resources, are protected by copyright and should not be uploaded, shared or copied using ExpressionPrints.com unless you have permission. The electronic submission of your photo expressly implies that all copyright permissions have been obtained and granted constituting permission for ExpressionPrints.com to have full permission for reprinting. Accordingly, you shall indemnify, defend, and hold ExpressionPrints.com harmless from any suit, demand, claim or liability arising from any and all copyright infringements.

Pricing
ExpressionPrints.com cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Choice of Law
All legal issues arising from or related to the use of this site shall be construed in accordance with, and all questions with respect thereto shall be determined by, the laws of the state of Florida without regard to conflicts of law principles. Storage Policy
ExpressionPrints.com will store customer photos for free in an online archive for three (3) days. After three (3) days, we will remove your uploaded photos from online archive. The ExpressionPrints.com site is not intended as a data storage facility. You need to backup your images and should not solely rely on our site as your only source for the images you upload to our site.

Taxes
Taxes (Florida only) will be charged at the time of the original ExpressionPrints.com order. Tax will only be computed on the currency amount of an order.

No Resale of Service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the service, use of the service, or access to the service for commercial purposes.

Modifications of Terms
You agree that ExpressionPrints.com reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate the service or any part of the service. Any modifications made by ExpressionPrints.com shall be prospective only.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ExpressionPrints.com for your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and ExpressionPrints.com in case of inconsistencies between these Terms and information included in off-line materials, (e.g., promotional materials and mailers), these Terms will always control. You may also be subject to additional Terms and Conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third party software.

The failure of ExpressionPrints.com to enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
