The e-mail communication will always have a header or subject that is
appropriate and true to the content provided in the communication. The header
or subject will not be used inappropriately.
Valid contact information
Any contact information in the e-mail communication will be real and relevant
to Digital Ink Creations, Inc.
Valid subscribe/unsubscribe service
The e-mail will always have the "ExpressionPrint.com Subscription" information
at the end.
The ExpressionPrints.com website will always provide information on how to
subscribe or unsubscribe to any of its e-mail distribution lists. The process
to subscribe and unsubscribe is simple, real, and requires only a few seconds.
ExpressionPrints.com has also created
as a means to unsubscribe
to any ExpressionPrints.com communication distribution lists. An e-mail sent to
this address is handled personally by our Administrative Department to meet the
needs of the requester.
ExpressionPrints.com also has a strict privacy policy posted on our website,
which addresses the fact that information collected by Digital Ink Creations,
Inc. is not sold, but used internally for marketing campaigns.

herein are reserved.
Checkout Process
As you create your ExpressionPrint, your order will be
added to your shopping cart once you have indicated your satisfaction with your
ExpressionPrint on the Preview page. You can review the orders in your shopping
cart at any time by clicking on SHOPPING CART at the top of any page. At the
present time, there is a limit of three (3) unique ExpressionPrints per order.
However, you may order multiples of each unique ExpressionPrint. If you wish to
create more than three (3) unique ExpressionPrints, you will need to purchase
the first three by completing the checkout process, and return to the Home page
to create your additional ExpressionPrints. When you are ready to
complete your order, the checkout process automatically takes you through the
following steps:

Change/Cancel an Order
Our goal is to offer only the best personalized photo
gift available, ones that will create lasting memories and provide years of
enjoyment. Before any item ships from our facility, it must pass a final
inspection for quality and accuracy. Digital Ink Creations, Inc. stands behind
the quality of every product we sell.
Any cancellations and/or changes must be made by 11:00 p.m. Eastern Standard
Time of the same day you place your order. Use our Contact
Us Form to notify us of changes about your order.
Order Processing Time
We are a small family business, therefore we handle all
order processing ourselves. We will strive to process and ship all orders
within 24 to 48 hours of when the order was placed.
During certain time of the year, especially around major US holidays and/or
celebrations, it may take between 48 to 96 hours to process and ship your
order. We thank you for your patience during those times.
Return Policy
If you feel you made an error in your message and would
like the photo reprinted with the corrected personal message, please complete
our Contact Us
Form by selecting the subject of "Replacements/Refunds/Returns". In the comments section of the e-mail, please be sure to
include all pertinent information including the Order Number and any errors in the
personal message.
If your ExpressionPrint arrived damaged - we offer refunds or replacements for
the item. Please report all damaged claims to the shipper and
ExpressionPrints.com within 48 hours. Refunds and/or replacements must be
requested within 30 days of receipt of the order and require a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ExpressionPrints.com. Please contact our Customer Service Department using the
Contact Us
Form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please
print out the Return Form, complete the required information, and send it along
with your returned merchandise (in the original packaging, if possible) to the
address below. Completing the Return Form helps to ensure that our Returns
Department will process your return quickly and accurately. Depending on the
option selected, a replacement will be sent or the credit card you used to make
your purchase will be credited back to you. The customer is responsible
for all return shipping charges and refunds will not be given for any shipping
charges unless it was our shipping error or the item was damaged during shipping.
Returning an Order
Should you need to return your ExpressionPrint, when
the item is defective in any manner within 30 days of receipt for a refund or
replacement, please follow the instructions found in the Return Form (requires Adobe Acrobat) by
clicking here.
